the staff was so friendly and helpful. i really appreciated that they gave us a late checkout. they also kept our luggage for the day since our flight was late. the breakfast was a wonderful experience with a variety of options to choose from.
the tv had some issues, this was not a big deal.

the gym had the equipment i needed. there were both sauna and spa facilities available. i found sustainable practices were in place with no single use plastics visible in the hotel.

the hotel provided easy access to the metro. the bus to the airport stopped very close to the hotel. it was a short walk to the city center and old town with a good metro connection only 10 minutes away.

The room was quiet and very clean. it was also quite spacious, the bed was large, and i had a good night's sleep. the room had modern interior design. It was very comfortable and well kept.

The breakfast had amazing variety and everything was fresh. I found the staff to be helpful. They addressed all my queries promptly. I particularly appreciated the location of the airport bus stop, just a short walk away. The hotel provided good access to nearby transportation options.

I found the breakfast to be very varied. It was indeed plentiful. the room i had was large and it felt clean. my room faced inside, so it was quiet. the bus stop to the airport was very near, and the metro station was a ten minute walk.
the spa had an additional fee, even though it is advertised as if it is part of the package. this misled me into believing it was included in the price.
